Create watermark of anything you want. It can be a logo or just text.
Match the dpi of the watermark file with the target images.
Make it partially opaque so you can see through some of the image.
Save the watermark file.
Open your target file.
File-Place. Select name of watermark file.
Move it to your final position.
Save for web.

Create an action to automate.
